I was the buyer and Ryan was the Seller's agent. My situation was unique because I was relocating to the area and my stress level was high with all the details of the situation. The house was complicated and I was very nervous at first to like the home. However, Ryan was upfront with everything he knew about the house, gave me facts good or bad, so I didn't feel there were any "gotchya" moments during the deal. He responded right away with any questions I had and gave me thorough explanations. I truly felt like he wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision, as the buyer. He supported his Sellers ethically and properly, but he made sure to listen and respond respectfully to my feelings and opinions during adverse times. His honesty, professionalism, and being easy to work with, truly got this deal to the finish line. If it wasn't for Ryan, I would've been too afraid to buy this house. He made me feel like his client as well. This house has been the best decision I've made for my life to date.
